How to get started?

What is the minimum order quantity?
For a non-exclusive arrangement in your country, we are able to start with as little as a 100 unit order. To discuss exclusivity, contact us!
What is the duration of the distributor agreement?
The agreement is for twelve months, and at the end of every year we will assess minimum purchase quantities and have the option to sign for another year.
How does ordering and delivery work?
After receiving orders from you, we will arrange for delivery to your chosen delivery point. You are responsible for import and customs arrangements.
What product training do you receive?
Our team will spend time with yours, discussing sales and technical aspects of the products. We will provide technical and sales materials to support your efforts. With larger orders, we may be able to spend time with you on the ground as you develop your sales efforts.
What marketing support do you get?
We will provide you with product specific sales presentations and our marketing materials (leaflets etc). You will also be listed as an official distributor here on our website, and we will support you through social media and other PR activities.
What about white labelling?
You can use your brand on our software platform and co-brand the hardware - maintaining the product name Cloud Solar or Smart Biogas on the box.
