Deepak is an electronics and electrical engineer with an MEng and PhD from Loughborough University. He has a career in technology development and management spanning several decades, working on novel technologies for organisations large and small.
In 2007 Deepak founded Black Kite, in order to help others build their technology businesses. Black Kite provides specialist business consultancy services to technology and research organisations.
Deepak is a founding Non-Executive Director of Inclusive Energy. He has brought his expertise in R&D funding and management, technology development and strategy to the table since the company started in 2018.

Niten Ved has over 35 years of experience in Networking, Security, IOT and software development. His expertise lies in the architecture, design and implementation of networks and security for IT Infrastructure. Niten has founded and operated several technology companies, starting in 1987 when he founded NetCom Systems.
In 1999, Niten co-founded netForensics Inc., secured investment from Cisco and helped shape the start-up into a global leader in Security Information Management. In 2007, secured investment from Cisco and co-founded SecurView Inc., which provides security services and developed solutions around Cisco ISE and SDN technologies – he exited the company in 2021.
