Our new brand reflects our bottom up approach to the market. We already work as a technology provider to dozens of energy access organisations from Honduras to Indonesia, and aim to scale that up to 1000s of organisations in the coming years.

The CDM Executive Board accepted Connected Energy’s changes in full, paving the way for companies to remotely monitor carbon abatement and qualify for carbon financing.

Connected Energy is launching Smart Biogas, their second product. With this internet-connected smart meter sending data in real-time, organisations can monitor the performance of biogas digesters from anywhere in the world.

We’re excited today to share that we have closed our Seed B funding round comprising 10 investors, including Old College Capital and Sustainable Ventures. Through this round and other funding sources the company has secured $1.25m to take forward its ambitious plans for growth and impact. With this internet-connected charge-controller, organisations can monitor and control solar installations such as home systems from anywhere in the world. It is designed to replace existing solar charge controllers, enabling customised smart solar packages.
